- 2011
iServices was founded by Bruno Borges to offer fast, specialist repair services for smartphones and other tech devices. The first store opened to the public on 2 May 2011 in Parque das Nações, Lisbon.
- 2013
In October 2013, iServices launched its own brand, iS, focused on tech accessories such as cases, power banks and cables. It also opened the Marina de Cascais store.
- 2018
The iS brand expanded its range to include charging products such as cables, adapters and wireless chargers. This diversification brought the company to events such as NOS Alive and Web Summit.
- 2020
Responding to consumer needs, iServices introduced a Hygiene and Cleaning category, including UV sterilisation boxes to disinfect electronic devices.
- 2021
iServices launched its first own-brand smartwatch, expanding its line of gadgets and offering consumers new options.
- 2022
In May 2022, iServices opened its first international store in Tenerife, in the Canary Islands, Spain. It later expanded to Gran Canaria and to Paris, France.
- 2023
The company opened four stores in Brussels, Belgium — at Toison d’Or, Uccle, Rue Neuve and Schuman — strengthening its international presence.
- 2024
iServices opened a store at KidZania, giving children a hands-on experience as repair technicians and raising awareness of the circular economy.
- 2025
iServices plans to continue its international expansion, aiming to enter new European markets and strengthen its presence in Spain, France and Belgium. The company also intends to launch innovative new products under the iS brand, in line with sustainability and technology trends.
