1st - What device will you trade in?

Select one of the devices accepted by our trade-in program

    • Storage space of your device:

    On iPhone: go to Settings > Search for "Capacity" or select General > Capacity
    On Android: go to Settings > Search for "Storage"

    2nd - Indicate the condition of your device

    In a few seconds, you’ll know how much you can get for your device

    Is your device unlocked?

    Is your Apple iPhone XS unlocked to any carrier? Do you have access to the main iCloud/Google/Samsung account to remove the association with your account before completing the trade-in? If you can remove the account, select “Unlocked.” Please note that we do not buy devices with SIM locks.

    Does your device work properly:

    Does your Apple iPhone XS turn on and function normally? E.g., charges the battery, connects to wifi/bluetooth/gps, speaker works? If any component of the device is not working, select the option “Has some defects.”

    Chassis condition:

    Check for any dents or scratches on the back cover and sides of the device and select the option that best describes your device.

    Screen condition:

    Check the screen condition in a well-lit area with the screen turned off and a white background. Confirm there are no scratches or marks on the screen without a protector.

    Battery health:

    > 95%
    94% to 85%
    84% to 70%
    < 70%

    You can check the battery capacity by going to Settings > Search for "Battery" or select Battery Health, in your device settings.
