Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

How can I track my order?

Our communication goes through 3 phases after payment confirmation: order preparation, order shipment, and tracking sharing.
Once your order is picked up by the carrier, you can track it via the link provided.

What is the delivery time for iServices?

Our deliveries take place on business days between 24h and 48h. To guarantee this period, it is essential that the order is paid on business days before 3 PM. If the order is paid after this time, the delivery time will be longer, up to a maximum of 72 hours.

When placing your order, you can check the expected delivery date of the product.

For DJI products, the order must be placed on business days before 2:00 PM so that the order can be delivered within the period mentioned above.

Can I pick up my order at a physical store?

Yes, your order can be sent to one of our iServices stores. To do this, you only need to select in-store delivery when filling in your details.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes, we currently have installment payments available via Klarna. The contractual terms for installment payments are 100% managed by financial institutions, therefore we cannot guarantee your credit approval. As a rule, all customers are eligible for payment in up to 3 interest-free installments.

Can I receive my order abroad?

Yes, iServices currently delivers in partnership with DHL to realize deliveries throughout the European Union in the shortest possible time.
