This document establishes the information regarding contracts concluded at a distance on the website https://iservices.pt/ (hereinafter referred to as the iServices Site), under the terms of Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of February 14, in its current wording.
All content of the iServices Site (texts, trademarks, and logos) is the property of iServices, Lda – Multibrand Repairs, NIPC 510151906, headquartered at Avenida Infante Dom Henrique, nº 328, basement B 1800-223 Lisbon, district of Lisbon (hereinafter referred to as iServices).
The copying, reproduction, modification, or dissemination of its content, including the extraction of text or images for other uses, cannot be carried out without the prior written authorization of iServices. iServices allows free access, without costs, to the iServices Site, with the aim of providing general information and information about the company and the work it develops.

The User is obliged to use the iServices Site in a manner consistent with the Laws and Regulations applicable in Portugal for this type of service. We remind users from other countries that the rules and conditions of the privacy policy may not be applicable to the terms and conditions of this site, and any damage resulting from access or use of the content of this site is their sole responsibility.

Product Information
iServices takes into account the information regarding the essential characteristics of the products through technical descriptions provided by its suppliers, photographs, and videos that illustrate the products sold, in strict compliance with the best market standards, transmitting them clearly to its customers on the page of each product and/or service it provides.
Price Information
iServices clearly provides, on its Site, the total price of each good or service, in euros, including fees and taxes, or any other applicable charges.
iServices cannot be held responsible in the event of a computer, manual, technical error, or any other origin, that causes a substantial and unforeseen change in the retail price on the iServices Site, therefore, in cases where this is exorbitant or manifestly derisory, the purchase order will be considered invalid and canceled, and the Customer will be informed of this fact.
The prices and products available on the iServices Site, as well as promotional campaigns and offers, are only valid for purchases made through the iServices Site and may not coincide with those practiced in physical stores, except for promotions expressly indicated on the iServices Site.
Order Processing and Delivery
The order will only be processed after payment confirmation. The customer will be informed, on a durable medium, of the purchase confirmation and the estimated date of delivery or availability at the physical store. The Customer can choose whether to receive the item at an address of their choice or at an iServices store of their choice.
Dispute Resolution
Under the terms of article 18 of Law No. 144/2015, of September 8, we inform our esteemed Customers that the European Union has a website where it supports consumers in submitting their complaints about any dispute in which they are involved.
iServices provides all the information so that you can exercise your right to complain to an official, third, and impartial entity in the process.
Thus, if you are dissatisfied with the purchase of a good or service on the iServices Site, or with a solution presented by us, you can access the official website https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/main/index.cfm?event=main.home2.show&lng=PT and submit your complaint.
Alternative dispute resolution is the possibility that all consumers have at their disposal to resort to official entities that help them resolve their consumer disputes, before resorting to litigation in the Courts.

If the User disagrees with iServices' decisions, considering that there is a violation of these Terms and Conditions, they may submit their complaint through the means indicated above.
Whenever iServices receives a complaint, it undertakes to analyze the situation presented, respond to the User, and process the complaint as quickly as possible.
iServices may inform the arbitration institutions designated for this purpose and the authorities, and the User undertakes to collaborate with said institutions and associations, accepting the principle of arbitration.
The iServices Site may contain links to other websites over which it has no control and is not responsible for their content. The inclusion of links to other websites is made solely as an informative reference and without any opinion on the content, owners, services, or products offered. iServices reserves the right to demand the removal of any comment it deems inappropriate, this criterion being its sole responsibility.
