How do I know if a product is refurbished?

A device is Refurbished when the packaging is not the manufacturer's original packaging, or, in the case of statuses below Excellent, it may show slight signs of use. Before arriving to you, all Refurbished devices from iServices are subjected to a strict quality control beforehand, in which more than 40 parameters are analyzed and inspected, particularly with regard to all their components, such as: câmara, som, microfone, botões, ecrã, software, conectividade, conexões, among others.
