Frequently Asked Questions

Here we answer some of the most frequently asked questions from our customers

What does electronic equipment reconditioning mean?

Reconditioning involves several steps such as inspection, cleaning and not forgetting the repair of a faulty component. It is worth remembering that all refurbished equipment undergoes several rigorous tests at iServices that attest to the quality and best performance of the product in question.

What is the difference between refurbished and used?

The fundamental difference between a remanufactured and a used product lies in the restoration process. While a used product is simply a used product, but without a warranty and without having undergone any repairs or inspected to assess its real condition.

What is a refurbished product?

A refurbished device is a device in excellent working condition and second-hand. These are devices originating from trade-in programs or that have served as display models in stores, and therefore show no major defects that would compromise their use. At iServices, you will find refurbished devices from various brands, such as Apple or Samsung. All devices are thoroughly tested by our team of specialists, to guarantee optimal functionality.

How do I know if a product is refurbished?

All refurbished items at iServices will be marked as refurbished on the respective product page. Otherwise, it would be appealing as a new product. The refurbished items may show signs of use. This can include small light marks, but also obvious scratches. The price is affordable.
