Question 1

What does electronic equipment reconditioning mean?

Answer

Reconditioning involves several steps such as inspection, cleaning, and of course repairing any defective parts. It is worth mentioning that all reconditioned equipment from Services undergoes several rigorous quality and performance tests before it is offered for sale.

Question 2

What is the difference between refurbished and used?

Answer

iServices' refurbished devices are carefully tested and prepared by specialized technicians to ensure their perfect operation. Unlike a used product, a refurbished device from iServices offers greater reliability, a 3-year warranty, and an excellent price-quality ratio, allowing you to save without compromising on quality and performance.

Question 3

What is a refurbished product?

Answer

A refurbished product is a device that has been used little or not at all. It may have been displayed in a store or come from trade-in programs, lease contract extensions, or the renewal of business equipment. The refurbished products from iServices have the following statuses: Excelente; Muito bom and Bom. This can mean that they show slight or no signs of use and are therefore considered like new.

Question 4

How do I know if a product is refurbished?

Answer

A device is Refurbished when the packaging is not the manufacturer's original packaging, or, in the case of statuses below Excellent, it may show slight signs of use. Before arriving to you, all Refurbished devices from iServices are subjected to a strict quality control beforehand, in which more than 40 parameters are analyzed and inspected, particularly with regard to all their components, such as: câmara, som, microfone, botões, ecrã, software, conectividade, conexões, among others.
