How does the iServices Customer Card work?

The iServices Customer Card is a 100% digital card that is associated with your Smartphone Wallet. The card provides an overview of your points history, allowing you to track the points earned on all purchases made, whether in physical stores or in the iServices online store. The points accumulated on the iServices Customer Card can be exchanged for discounts, only in iServices physical stores.

How to accumulate points and get discounts with the iServices Customer Card?

Accumulate points in each transaction, turning each visit into an opportunity to win. For every one euro (1.00€) you spend in an iServices store (including the online store) you earn one (1) point on your Customer Card. Accumulate points on all iServices purchases, in physical stores and in the online store. For every 100 points accumulated, you are entitled to one euro (1.00€) discount.

Who can join the iServices Customer Card?

Any iServices customer, over 18 years of age, can be part of this loyalty community. To use the iServices Customer Card, the user must have an iPhone with iOS 15.4 or higher and the Apple Wallet app installed; or an Android smartphone with version 7 or higher and the Google Wallet app installed.

Does the iservices customer card have any cost?

No, membership to the iServices Customer Card is free. We want to reward our loyal customers, without any additional cost.

How can I see my points?

You can check your points balance at any time, from the iServices Customer Card, by entering the card details.
