What is the cost of shipping at iServices?

iServices offers free shipping for all purchases made in the online store, and to any location in the European Union.

Is it possible to change or cancel my order?

How can I track my order?
What is the delivery time for iServices?

Our deliveries are made between 2h and 24h on business days. To guarantee this period, it is essential that the order be paid by 5pm on business days. If the order is paid after this time, the delivery time will be longer, and may take up to 48 hours.
At the time of your order you can check the estimated date for delivery of the product. 
For DJI products, the order must be placed by 2pm on business days for the order to be delivered within the period mentioned above.

Can I pick up my order at a physical store?

Yes, your order can be sent to any of our iServices stores. To do so, you just need to select store delivery when filling in the information.

Can I make payments in installments?

Yes, we currently have available, for example, installment payments via FLOA. The contractual conditions for installment payments are 100% managed by the financial institutions, so we have no way of ensuring your credit approval. As a rule, all customers are eligible for payments up to 4x without interest.

Can I receive my order abroad?

Yes, currently iServices makes deliveries in partnership with DHL in order to achieve deliveries throughout the European Union region in the shortest possible time.
