This iServices service consists of a Mobile Laboratory, where, according to Luís explains to Carlos, our technician goes to the customer, wherever he is, within the Greater Lisbon Area, to diagnose and repair the equipment in question. The van is properly equipped for "smartphone repair, namely the replacement of batteries, LCD (...), connection ports", as well as other equipment, such as tablets and computers.
This service does not have any additional cost and, if it is not possible to carry out the repair on time, Luís mentions that, also free of charge, the collection of the equipment, so that it can be carried out in a repair laboratory and later delivered to the customer.
