Can I return a product purchased at iServices?

Yes, you have a period of 14 days after receipt to request an exchange or return of a product, provided that the necessary conditions are met.

What are the conditions under which it is possible to return a product?

In order for the return to be accepted, the product must:

  • Not have been used;
  • Maintain the intact labels and original characteristics;
  • Be complete, including all accessories (e.g.: charger) and the invoice;
  • Not present damages due to misuse;
  • Be formatted with the original definitions (without unlock code and, in the case of refurbished iPhones, with iCloud deactivated).
How can I request a product return?

You should send an email to [email protected], indicating: the item(s) you wish to return or repair;
and the order number or reference.

What happens after I send the product back for return?

The iServices technical team will test the equipment to assess its condition. If it meets all the requirements, it may be:

  • Refunded, within 14 days, using the same payment method;
  • Exchanged for another device, if there is a problem unrelated to the user;
  • Repaired free of charge, in the case of faults covered by the warranty.
In what situations can iServices refuse a return or refund?

iServices may refuse the return if:

  • The product is damaged, worn, or shows signs of use;
  • The Serial Number has already been associated with a user account.
Does the warranty cover any type of problem?

No, the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, negligence or natural wear and tear. In these cases, iServices is not responsible nor accepts returns.
