How to join the Trade-In Program at iServices?

Simply go to one of the iServices stores and hand in your device to be evaluated by our technicians. After the evaluation, a value will be assigned to the device, which should be deducted from the purchase of a new Refurbished product.

Are all Smartphones eligible for the Trade-in Program?

No, only the following Samsung Smartphone models will be accepted for trade-in: Samsung S24 Ultra;

In the case of iPhones, iServices accepts the following Apple models for trade-ins:

What Apple Watch models are eligible for this trade-in program?

We remind you that the Trade-In for Apple Watches must be done for a more recent model: SE 2020 40 mm;
SE 2020 44 mm; Serie 7 41 mm; Serie 7 45 mm; Serie 8 41 mm; Serie 8 45 mm and Serie 9 41 mm.

How should the iPhone be delivered for evaluation?

Your iPhone should be delivered without a SIM card, and preferably with a full reset performed, i.e., cleared of software. Likewise, without personal data, iCloud account, App Store, and without active security locks. It must also be in perfect working order and in good condition, without lateral or front/rear damage, but may have slight signs of use. iServices reserves the right not to accept the trade-in and is not responsible for any loss of iPhone data resulting from technical intervention that is necessary to assess the condition of the equipment.

Does the battery not last long, is that an important issue?

If the device's battery shows signs of wear and needs to be replaced, the trade-in value may be reduced.

How long does the evaluation of an iPhone, Samsung, or Apple Watch take at iServices?

The evaluation is done in just over 10 minutes in an iServices store.

Can a collection be made on behalf of a business client?

Yes, this Trade-in Program also serves business customers.

Does iServices charge for evaluating a used iPhone, Samsung, or Apple Watch?

No, the assessment is free and also without obligation.

What are the acceptance criteria for a return?

The equipment must not contain personal information, and iCloud/App Store accounts must be removed.
Features such as Find My iPhone and other security locks must be disabled.
All buttons must be functional, and the screen must not have imperfections.
It must be possible to turn the equipment on and off without the aid of external power.
The battery must not be swollen or show curves and/or indication that it has been in contact with liquids.
The equipment cannot be locked to any carrier or contain region locks.
If it has a screen protector, it must be removed by the user to be able to assess the condition of the screen.

Where to sell a used Smartphone or iPhone?
