The social network is currently testing the functionality in some countries in order to “preserve a security environment”.
Tik Tok is testing a “dislike” or “dislike” button on comments, in order to identify marking certain reactions to content as irrelevant or inappropriate. From these tests, the social network will decide whether to implement it permanently.
It is an icon next to the “like”, and consists of a hand in “thumbs down”, without a counter. Only the user who registers a “dislike” will be able to see it. On Twitter, several screenshots of the functionality are already appearing.
