Samsung update lets you control camera with wearables

Your Galaxy Watch and Galaxy Buds have just come to life!

The new software update for the Galaxy Buds2 and Galaxy Watch will allow you to remotely control the camera on your Samsung Galaxy smartphone.

Through your Galaxy Buds 2 you will have access to 360° sound capture, allowing a more accurate sound in your contents. The sound captured by the headphones will have a good quality, allowing you to detect the sound from the position in which it was emitted. The feature uses the microphones of each earbud for an immersive sound experience.

With the Galaxy Watch you'll have access to the Camera Controller app, which allows, as its name implies, to control the camera from your wrist. One of the features is the zoom control through the smartwatch display.

For now, compatible smartphones are the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip4 and Z Fold4. Samsung will bring more news about these features in Samsung Unpacked 2023, on February 1st.
