Samsung has launched a new app for smartphone users who cannot do without a safe and practical platform to access their payment and loyalty cards, as well as passwords. Meet Samsung Wallet.

Samsung Wallet emerged from the convergence of the Samsung Pay and Samsung Pass applications, offering in the same space, securely, all the most sensitive information of Galaxy users. In this application you can save payment cards, access credentials, airline tickets, among others.

For those who have smart homes, Samsung Wallet will also allow integration with home security software, allowing you to lock or unlock doors with your cell phone. The Korean technology company has also been collaborating with car manufacturers, namely BWM and Hyundai, in the sense of integrating vehicle keys into the platform, allowing to interact with cars also through the smartphone.

For now, Samsung Wallet is available in 9 countries, and could arrive in Portugal very soon.
