The smartphone world continues to revolve around new equipment, new foldables, and better technical specifications.
Despite the high point of WWDC 2023, the month of June brings and promises several new features among the various smartphone manufacturers. We give you a brief recap:
Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 promises interesting news
With a presentation scheduled for July 26, Samsung's foldables continue to be talked about. The Z Flip 5, for example, will be able to run Google applications like Google Maps on the external screen. This foldable could have a larger outer screen, going from 1.9 inches to 3.4 inches, occupying almost the entire outer cover. Other new features include an improved hinge, IP58 resistance and a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor.
A foldable OnePlus?
OnePlus may unveil the OnePlus V Fold in August. Some images, like the one illustrating this article, have appeared online on various leak sites. According to the renderings, the equipment will have a metallic rim and a rear with a leather-like finish. Rumors point to a 50MP main camera, a 32MP front camera next to the external screen, a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 2 processor, and a 48oo mAh battery with 100W wired charging support.
Nothing Phone (2) on the way... at a higher price!
Nothing's next smartphone could reach the European market at a higher launch price than its predecessor. While the 128GB Nothing (1) with 8GB of RAM was launched at an entry price of €469, the 256GB Nothing (2) with 8GB of RAM is expected to cost €729 for the French market; which should not be very different for the rest of the Community market.
Alternative to Twitter? Goal solves!
Meta, the company that owns Facebook and Instagram, is working on a new social network to tackle the recent controversies involving Twitter. With the name Project 92, the interface resembles that of Instagram, but only with text.
