iPhone 15 Pro may be more expensive

Analysts point to the biggest price rise since the launch of the iPhone X.

The iPhone 15 Pro may enter the market with a higher price than expected. Jeff Pu, an analyst at Haitong International Securities, quoted by 91mobiles, reports this price increase, which is the first significant entry price increase since the launch of the iPhone X.

The iPhone 15 should be launched in September, in a lineup of 4 devices: the iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max or Ultra. The same analyst points out that the increase could be felt mainly in the United States, due to inflation.

Among other rumors, it is expected that the new iPhone models will not have physical volume buttons, that only proprietary Apple USB-C cables will be compatible with the equipment, and that the two high-end models may have a titanium finish and will have a new color option, in a deep red.
