A new Apple program has now been created to respond to the various complaints reported to the brand. At issue are the defective batteries that were included in the 6S model, produced during the months of September and October 2015. These batteries cause the iPhone to turn off from one moment to the next. Apple then undertakes  to make the replacement free of charge, provided that the equipment complies with the conditions presented. If your iPhone has this problem, you should go to one of our stores so we can analyze it.  If the problem is confirmed, you can replace it right away or  we will send your iPhone directly to the brand under warranty. You can confirm whether or not your device's battery can be changed within this program  here.
