We had a conversation with the 5 Star Award about our services and the Technology market.

iServices was present in the most recent episode of the podcast “Discovering the Five Stars”, organized by the 5 Star Award. The conversation was led by Sofia de Castro Fernandes, and was attended by Eduardo Cardoso, Marketing Manager at ASUS Portugal, and Bruno Queiroz, Coordinator at iServices.

Among the various topics discussed, opportunities in the technology market, in a post-pandemic context. Bruno Queiroz highlights iServices' investment in digital channels and the company's environmental commitment.

With regard to the Repairs market, our Coordinator points to growth, driven by inflation and the growth of a “surrounding market for equipment”, where consumers, who own multiple pieces of equipment, prefer to offer them to family members instead of giving up them when changing them. For most of our equipment, rebuilding is done with new parts. In the case of older devices, where the sale of parts has already been discontinued, iServices seeks to return the original performance from used components in perfect condition, points out Bruno Queiroz.

Although the durability of smartphones, computers and other electronics is increasing, the production of electronic waste does not cease. In this sense, Bruno referred to the role of iServices in maintaining our ecological footprint, namely through our Refurbished Products with 3 Years Warranty, and our multi-brand repair services, with an on-the-spot repair service, so that consumers do not run out of your equipment while we repair it.
