A few days after the iPhone X arrives on the market, some details about how it works are beginning to be released.

One of these novelties is that the iPhone X will now block the display of notification content by default when the screen is locked.

Until now, in previous models whenever there was a new notification (sms, social networks, etc), by default it was possible to view part of the notification text even with the screen locked (although it was possible to change this in the settings).

There is even talk that this feature should be associated with Face ID. That is, when a notification appears, Face ID will recognize if the person who is looking at the screen is the owner of the device, and depending on that, it may or may not display the notification.

However, you can rest assured that there will always be the possibility to see the details of the notifications even with the screen locked, as this feature can always be activated again.
